David joined ecube in May 2023 and is responsible for the leadership of the Finance and IT functions. He is a Chartered Management Accountant (FCMA) and has more than 30 years’ experience working as senior finance and Group CFO of international, multi-site, businesses within the Manufacturing, Service and Aftermarket industries, he has a passion for sustainability and the circular economy.

David’s’ experience includes 10 years with Kidde Fire Protection, within the Aerospace and Defence Division and the Products and Service Division and 7 years with Elster Group, within CVC and Melrose Industries, as Group CFO of the Water Metering Division. His background has always been very operational, as a Finance lead, with a focus on operational process improvement as well as ensuring that tight fiscal reporting and controls are at the forefront. David has worked within Private Equity, Listed and Private companies and has been involved in multiple acquisitions, mergers and transformation projects.
