“My first month has been busy! I’ve been getting to know the folks here at ecube in Coolidge, working on our sales strategy and meeting customers”, says Michael Fleck, ecube’s new VP Sales Americas.
He continues “We took advantage of the AFRA Annual meeting being in Scottsdale this year. It was a great opportunity to invite some of our current clients and host new prospects at our facility in Coolidge. Everyone was impressed with what ecube has achieved here. One customer commented on how the location has ‘changed dramatically’ just in the last six months. ecube has turned this location from tumbleweed and cactuses, to hangars and offices for our expanding team. It’s a real testament to the hard work of the team that we were able to meet with such a wide range of aviation industry people over a few short days”.
Michael’s appointment boosts the commercial team at ecube. His focus for the coming months is on active storage. He says; “ecube in Arizona is not just a space to park up your aircraft while it’s out of use. We have the facilities and skills to arrange maintenance, or to transition it to another carrier. We offer our customers services like converting aircraft to a new owner’s livery, or even the heavy work of replacing engines”.
The team at ecube prides itself on returning a customer’s asset value quickly. This idea is behind the active storage focus. Michael has already been discussing the process with new customers and showing how ecube can help airlines and lessors to get the most from their assets.
ecube is committed to achieving success in the Americas. Michael has already started work on raising the profile of ecube to airlines and lessors in the US who may not know the full range of services. He says; “ecube’s approach emphasises reuse, repurpose, recycle. We have a laser focus on quality and efficiency too. This works across all our services; disassembly, storage, maintenance, and transition”.
As Michael says, “The future’s bright and I’m excited to be part of it, alongside the great team at ecube”.
