“We have seen a 50% uplift in arrivals this year. This caps a year of major activity and investment for ecube in the USA. We have expanded our offering, extended the available space and grown our team”.
Expanded offering
Customers from all over the world take advantage of ecube’s full range of services: disassembly, transition and maintenance. This year we’ve received aircraft from across the globe. Many of them arrive from the USA and Canada, but owners have brought us their aircraft from across Africa, Asia, Central and South America, and Europe. Our experts work on everything from standard storage to complex disassembly projects, such as the more than 100 engines being removed in 2024.
More space
We started out in Arizona with 20 acres. Our plans are to more than double our footprint, as we invest in providing storage and disassembly space for our customers. This means we can accommodate storage needs from short-term parking, return-to-service aircraft and expert disassembly projects. Our average queue time globally remains 4-6 weeks.
Simon Nolan continued:
“We have space for 70 aircraft in Arizona and we’re planning to grow that. So we can store everything from small components to widebody aircraft, for the length of time you need”.
New team members
The team at Coolidge has doubled in the last year. Two significant hires are Michael Fleck (VP Sales) and Brian Stoner, (VP Operations). Michael joined earlier in the summer and Brian arrived this month from Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, where he worked within the civil aviation sector. Brian started his aviation career in the United States Air Force working both in the US and overseas on various deployments maintaining combat aircraft.
Simon Nolan concludes:
“Our customers come to Coolidge for three main reasons. Because they need a short queue time, they want expertise across the board and because we can monetize their assets quickly. We’re looking forward to closing out the year in style in Arizona”.
