ecube is the first choice for a holding location solution

ecube is the first choice for a holding location solution

How do you use storage facilities for your aircraft? Is it about gaining some thinking time? Do you already know what’s next for your aircraft when you store it? Are you expecting delays and factoring them in? Is your aircraft ending up stranded on the ground?

At ecube, we can offer our customers anything from a holding location for short- and long-term storage, to a swift in an out RTS.

ecube is the first choice for a holding location solution for scenarios such as:

  • Airline in Distress. An aircraft from a distressed airline can be quickly stored pending transition or the next move. This can be active storage, or a longer stay at one of three global locations in the UK, Spain or Arizona, US.
  • Fleet Management. When a new aircraft arrives and flight cycles change, the older aircraft can be stored with us, prior to disassembly or transition.
  • New arrivals. In softer markets, we can store new white-tailed aircraft while you find an operator.
  • Unexpected Event. When something comes up suddenly, we can put your aircraft into active storage, while you resolve the issue. This can be something like the geared turbofan engine issue. Flight Global cites Cirium data, which ‘shows that 637 jets with GTF engines were in storage on 1 April’. This represents 32% of the total fleet.

We can offer storage that suits you. Whether that’s in Coolidge, Arizona, St Athan, Wales, or Castellón in eastern Spain.

Our global locations and storage capacity reduces your risk of being caught in a huge MRO queue, which leaves the aircraft stuck on ground for longer.

What are your storage needs? If you’ve got a specific situation, or just need some thinking time, drop us a line.
